THE CATALYST is an organization formed by a group of experienced and qualified professionals in the field of quality systems and manufacturing engineering. The group experience is gained from working in the areas of quality / productivity / manufacturing engineering in some of the top most engineering automotive / non-automotive concerns in the country including multinationals.

We have worked with various experts in the field of TQM and Japanese manufacturing practices. We believe in creating a quality culture by change of people’s attitude and thinking. We believe in gemba (shop floor management) and have hands or experience of implanting best practices in various companies.
